  1. depends if your racing or sailing Andy in racing the right of way boat can pretty much do what it wants to mess with the other boat.

  4. Thank You. I’m not a sailor but I was trying to explain to someone that no boat had a right of way. I was not clear how it was worded.

  5. There is NO right of way. It is STAND-ON vessel only, which means it has keep course and speed.
